Inspection

The faro arm will allow us to verify parts dimensionally within a ±0.027mm tolerance and produce a comprehensive dimension report quickly and reliably. This means that we can quickly produce dimension reports for more items in each batch allowing us to more reliably catch mistakes before components are delivered to the client. It is mobile so for more complex and harder to reach applications it can be repositioned and placed where other CMMs cannot.

This Machine can also be used in a reverse engineering application allowing for the tracing of complex parts. Combining this capability with our other methods allows us to accurately reproduce irregular parts ensuring a good fit.
