Our BS EN ISO 9001:2015 accredited quality system ensures that every job meets our customer’s highest standards. We are also accredited to BS EN 1090 Execution Class 3 for the design, manufacture and installation of CE marked structural steelwork. ADE has also been audited and qualified by Achilles to UVDB Category B1, allowing us to pre-qualify for the utility sector in the UK.

We offer an in-house 3D CAD department that can reverse engineer sample parts and produce manufacturing drawings for future use.
MACHINING
We have a large capacity for machining all ferrous and non-ferrous metals including:
‣ 3-axis Milling: Up to 8000mm length, 1800mm height and 1200 in width. Max. weight of 1750kg
‣ Turning: Up to 450mm Diameter and 1000mm length
FABRICATION
‣ Our fabrication facilities allow us to construct fabrications up to 5000mm high and up to 5t in weight in both ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
‣ Plate rolling up to 15mm thick
‣ Plate bending upto 15mm thick
‣ Tube/Pipe Bending up to 100mm diameter
